The Psittacine species "Psittacus erithacus timneh" (commonly known as the Timneh parrot) is one of the most playful of the African parrot family. This bird is highly interactive, smaller than, but can be just as talkative as it's cousin the African Grey (Congo parrot), and downright silly at times. They seem to do anything to get your attention (especially when handfed, and tamed by the professional talents of the Birdlady).
